Refund Policy

Dynamix will offer a full refund on an order if it is cancelled before the earliest of (i) within three hours after the time the order is placed or (ii) before the time the order is prepared to be shipped. Requests to cancel an order must be made via e-mail and include the "CANCEL ORDER" in the subject line with directions to cancel the order.

Due to the consumable and perishable nature of Dynamix drink mixes, we do not offer refunds after your order has been shipped.

Any incorrect orders made by Dynamix will be reissued or refunded, as applicable.
